TestAmerica

, an environmental testing laboratory company, was acquired by

. The merger positions JSTI to address the growing need for

advanced water sampling by Chinese companies.

H2O Midstream, LLC

announced that it has received $100 million in a round of funding in June 2016

from

EIV Capital

to build and operate midstreamwater assets in the O&G sector.
