Starbase Jet, a private aviation
company, acquired Perfection Air
Charter, a boutique private jet
brokerage firm. The acquisition will
increase Starbase’s presence in
southern California and allow it to
meet increased demand in the
Asia-Pacific region.
Harlow Aerostructures LLC has
entered into an Asset Purchase
Agreement (APA) with AGC
Incorporated for $5.7 million cash.
