On March 5, 2015, The McLean Group
along with Selman Munson & Lerner and
an authoritative executive lineup presented
a two part event in Austin, TX titled, “M&A
Market Dynamics: Tactical Secrets to Successful
Exit Planning.” The panels discussed growth
opportunities and challenges in the current M&A environment and its impact on
preparing for an exit transaction in 2015. This event provided attendees with a
deeper understanding of:
• 2014 M&A trends that will shape 2015’s market
• The current capital market environment
• The M&A landscape for middle market businesses
• Key factors and value drivers impacting company valuations
• Tailoring a transaction to help accelerate growth and maximize value
• The M&A process, including first-hand accounts from executives as to why
they entered the transaction, how the deal evolved, and the post-deal
integration progress
On April 8, 2015, The Mclean Group’s Brian Sullivan
and Andy Smith presented at the San Mateo County
Bar Association on “How to Defend & Attack Business
Valuation Reports.” The presentation analyzed
a variety of recent case studies that focused on
business valuation issues.
