Warren Schad is a Managing Director of The McLean Group. He has more than 25 years of both industry and banking experience. During the last 15 years, Mr. Schad has been CFO of companies in the technology, media and real estate industries.

While in industry, he designed and helped execute strategic planning, acquisitions, raised debt and equity, restructured $1 billion of senior and subordinated debt, and successfully led a company turnaround. Mr. Schad also designed and implemented accounting systems, forecast models and reporting systems.

Prior to his industry experience, Mr. Schad held a number of senior positions in merchant and commercial banking. He was in charge of the US corporate finance division of a large European financial organization. He also served as Senior Managing Director of a Canadian financial institution's US division, and served as Senior Managing Director for a mezzanine fund. In these positions, he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and the placement of debt and equity.

Mr. Schad has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Adelphi University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7, 63).
