Tom Swanson is a Managing Director of The McLean Group’s headquarters office. Mr. Swanson specializes in technology companies in the telecommunications, information technology, biotechnology and clean energy technology verticals. He also is President of TJSwanson Co., a revenue consulting firm focused on assisting early- and exit-stage companies with revenue challenges. He has more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Executive for technology companies, including more than 30 capital formation and merger & acquisition (M&A) transactions as an Operating Executive.

Prior to joining The McLean Group, Mr. Swanson was a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, advising Global 1000 enterprises in a variety of industry segments. He was a senior Sales and Marketing Executive with several premier Silicon Valley technology companies, leading them through multiple rounds of venture fundraising from Tier 1 West Coast VCs, through IPO, to more than $100 million in revenue and successful exits.

Mr. Swanson is a graduate of John Carroll University with a BSBA in Finance, and the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business Executive Program. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 62, 63).
