Eugene V. (Todd) Warner, Jr., Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Tampa, FL office, is a former CEO whose hands-on experience leading and selling successful multi-million dollar businesses brings a unique level of understanding to the M&A process.

Mr. Warner’s career encompasses broad leadership experience in manufacturing and service enterprises. A proven leader, he has directed business startups, led product development programs, and developed successful marketing and sales programs in the US and abroad. This experience delivers a unique and invaluable perspective to private and public buyers and sellers he successfully has represented in numerous transactions.

Mr. Warner holds a BS degree in business administration from California State University, Fresno.
