vcardSue Keil, a Vice President at The McLean Group's Washington, DC office, has 20 years' executive experience in the financial industry. Ms. Keil focuses on buy-side and sell-side, M&A, joint ventures and equity raises for companies generating up to $500 million in sales. In addition to a background in commercial real estate, she has extensive experience with residential mortgage finance, corporate joint ventures, institutional debt and equity finance, banks and technology related companies serving the commercial real estate and the residential mortgage finance industries.
Ms. Keil was most recently VP of commercial real estate investment sales at NorthMarq where she identified and pursued all classes of commercial real estate opportunities and worked primarily with developers, building owners and others in the sale and finance of private and institutional commercial real estate assets.
As a director at Fannie Mae, Ms. Keil was responsible for spearheading the automation of the entire residential mortgage industry, including developing software, initiating, implementing and marketing technology applications to all participants, including banks, Wall Street, credit agencies, underwriters, appraisers, news and data and information providers, etc. in and relating to the residential mortgage industry. While there, she received Fannie Mae's most distinguished awards including several Chairman's Awards. In addition, Ms. Keil has intellectual property, research and development, product development, technology transfer and licensing experience.
Ms. Keil earned a BA (Geology) from Boston University and an MBA (Management of Science, Technology and Innovation) from George Washington University.
