Steve Lebischak is a Managing Director at The McLean Group’s headquarters office. He focuses on providing investment banking services to government contracting and technology companies. Mr. Lebischak has 18 years of experience in program management, product and corporate development at GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop Grumman, where he led the development of technology-based solutions for the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security, among other clients.

As a Vice Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Mr. Lebischak counsels companies at critical inflection points in their development. He also is a frequent proposal reviewer for the National Science Foundation's Small Business Innovative Research program. He is a Vice President of the Wharton Alumni Club of Washington, DC, on whose behalf he has chaired full-day conferences addressing such issues as government contracting best practices and public/private venture investment partnerships.

Mr. Lebischak earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy, and served as a Coast Guard officer in Alaskan waters. He subsequently earned an MS in environmental engineering and a second MS in management from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Lebischak also earned an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7 and 63).
