Stephen Findlay, Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Erie, PA office, has 31 years’ banking industry experience in Erie and Cleveland, OH. In the course of his career, Mr. Findlay has facilitated more than $3 billion of public and private capital transactions – both direct and syndicated – on behalf of his clients.

Most recently Mr. Findlay was a senior vice president at US Bank, overseeing a team that served middle market companies in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Mr. Findlay also spent 10 years at National City Bank managing a commercial banking division that served middle market clients in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. In addition, he led National City's business credit division, serving middle market clients, and automobile, boat and recreational vehicle dealers.

Mr. Findlay also was the founder of a consulting firm that served middle market companies.

Mr. Findlay holds a business and economics degree from Hanover College in Hanover, IN.  He is a graduate of the University of Delaware’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
