Shari Overstreet has more than 20 years' financial and accounting experience. Ms. Overstreet began her career in public accounting where she worked for a national firm in both the audit and tax divisions. She then worked as an independent consultant with such clients as Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Overstreet later served as a Financial Services Manager for one the nation's largest gas distribution companies, where she was deeply involved in a corporate restructuring that doubled the company's customer base while tripling both the company's earnings per share (EPS) and stock price. Ms. Overstreet subsequently worked as Financial Planner/Divisional Controller with a publicly-traded NASDAQ firm. While there, she served on the cross-divisional financial planning staff and performed M&A analyses. She later was appointed Director of Finance, Administration and Operations of a publicly-traded company that develops and markets high-performance, multi-function videoconferencing systems.

In 2001, Ms. Overstreet became owner of Zelente Enterprises, a multi-faceted company that provides valuation, financial consulting & CFO services to companies and assists with the raising of private funds. While Ms. Overstreet continues to manage Zelente Enterprises, she also works for Bridgepoint Consulting, LLP, where she is responsible for initiating and developing valuation consulting services.

Ms. Overstreet received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who earned her Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, respectively. She also is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Adviser (CM&AA), a designation awarded by the Association of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
