Scott Wait, Managing Director of The McLean Group's Reno, NV office, has more than 15 years’ accounting and financial management experience. He also has extensive experience with business valuation and investment banking in logistics/distribution, manufacturing, government contracting, gaming and renewable energy industries.  Mr. Wait specializes in business valutaion, business succession and M&A services for middle market private businesses. Before becoming a financial advisor, Mr. Wait was a sales manager for a printing manufacturer for seven years.

Mr. Wait holds a BA (finance and accounting double major) from the University of Arizona. He regularly leads exit strategy presentations, business valuation and estate planning workshops for business associations in the western region of the US. He frequently publishes articles on business succession, profit improvement and business valuation.
