Rodney B. Buck

Rodney B. Buck is CEO of Columbia Research Group, a leading government contractor in the Washington, DC area. During the past 14 years, he has been the CFO in more than 20 successful M&A transactions. Mr. Buck’s background is characterized by successful leadership of finance, business development, legal, planning and human resources functions in critical-stage companies that are financially troubled or rapidly growing. He has had unique success with domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and new business initiatives.

During the past ten years, Mr. Buck has led four businesses through critical-stage transactions (troubled debt, seed stage and high growth) to successful exit strategies. Mr. Buck graduated with high distinction from The George Washington University with a BS in Accounting. He received his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification in Washington, DC. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7, 63).
