Warren has more than twenty-five years of both industry and banking experience. Over the last fifteen years, Mr. Schad has been Chief Financial Officer of companies in the technology, media and real estate industries. He also designed and helped execute strategic planning, acquisitions, raised debt and equity, restructured $1 billion of senior and subordinated debt and successfully led a company turnaround. As a Senior Managing Director of a Canadian financial institution's U.S. Division and a Senior Managing Director for a mezzanine fund, he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and the placement of debt and equity.
