McLean, VA March 22, 2005 - The McLean Group, a private Washington, DC based investment bank located in Tysons Corner, is pleased to announce that John Jacob has joined the firm as an analyst.

John brings to the McLean Group his experience as a financial analyst intern for CapitalHunter.com, a venture capital and equity investments research firm. During his trainee ship, John was responsible for tracking equity investments, which had either gone public or were filing to do so. On a daily basis, he was involved in the research and analysis of venture capital financing's. He also assisted in the development of quarterly reports, one of which was featured in Investor's Business Daily.

John joined The McLean Group after graduating from Virginia Tech, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also graduated as a member of the academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. He is currently a Level I candidate in the CFA Program.
