Warren Schad To Its Board Of Advisors
Rockville, Maryland - InfoZen, Inc. announced today the appointment of Warren A. Schad to its Board of Directors.
InfoZen, Inc., founded in 1995, is a leading provider of transformational and strategic services and management, consulting and engineering services to government agencies. Among its services, the company provides strategic planning, architecture design, management and support of mission-critical IT systems, and risk assessment /management solutions. InfoZen’s major government clients include the Department of Homeland Security, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Agriculture, General Services Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. InfoZen has been a Deloitte Fast 50 company for the last two years.
Mr. Schad is Senior Managing Director and Partner of The McLean Group, a Northern Virginia based investment bank serving the middle market, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and valuation.
Mr. Schad has more than 25 years combined industry and banking experience. He has been Chief Financial Officer of several technology companies, two of which he sold, and has held senior positions in merchant and commercial banking, concentrating on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and raising debt and equity.
