Andy was awarded his designation after successfully completing the American Society of Appraiser's written and oral examinations, submitting example appraisal reports, meeting experience requirements, and satisfying other qualifying criteria demanded by the Society's International Board of Examiners.

Andy's experience includes public accounting, investment banking, and financial operations management. His career began with KPMG Peat Marwick where he served as a corporate finance and audit manager in its Washington DC, Moscow, Russia, and Almaty, Kazakhstan offices. He later joined Washington Equity Partners as an associate director where he assisted in various international wireless telecommunications transactions. He also worked with a strategic advisory group to Lucent Technologies and was formerly the director of finance of a wireless telecom services company. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Management Accountant. He is a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) registered representative and financial and operations principal (Series 7, 28, and 63).
