FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA – May 1, 2010 - Consolidated Safety Services, Inc. (CSS), of Fairfax, Virginia, has acquired Dynamac International, Inc., of Rockville, Maryland, through a Stock Purchase and Sale Agreement signed on April 30, 2010. Both companies were founded as privately held science-based professional services firms primarily supporting the government sector.
