Michael LaMancuso, a Director at The McLean Group’s Buffalo, NY office, has more than 25 years’ public accounting and management experience including 17 years as an entrepreneur.

Mr. LaMancuso spent 10 years working for KPMG Peat Marwick and Robert Half. In 1991, he founded an HR outsourcing firm that specialized in providing a one-stop human resource, benefit and payroll service for small, growth-oriented companies. Inc. magazine named Mr. LaMancuso's firm the US’ 134th fastest growing company in 1997. Mr. LaMancuso sold his company in 2005.

Mr. LaMancuso holds a BS in accounting and finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also is a CPA.
