Melia Dayeh is The McLean Group’s Communications Manager. She helps manage the firm's internal and external public relations, and its marketing efforts.

Ms. Dayeh acts as a liaison between The McLean Group and such media publications as the Washington Business Journal, SmartCEO and The Deal, among others. She also writes and distributes press releases, designs and edits internal and external newsletters, helps create marketing collateral, and coordinates seminars and conferences.

Ms. Dayeh has worked with a variety of companies, including: Financial Dynamics, an international business communications and consulting firm where she helped edit press releases and contact the media; Lockheed Martin's communications department where she wrote a cover article for the national employee newsletter; Citadel Broadcasting's marketing department where she helped develop marketing campaigns and create advertisements; WSYR News Channel 9’s (ABC affiliate) news department where she helped write news stories, and WAER News 88.3 FM’s (NPR affiliate) news department where she reported and produced enterprise news stories and interviewed state politicians.

Ms. Dayeh earned her MA in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) in 2007 from Emerson College, where she was a Merit Award Recipient. She also served as a graduate assistant for Emerson College's IMC Department Chair. In 2006, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
