Mark Dayman, Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Atlanta, GA office, has more than 25 years’ experience in M&A, business appraisal, strategic planning, market positioning and litigation support, with a focus on value enhancement and exit strategies for privately-held businesses. His broad industry experience includes lodging, hospitality and recreation, construction, biotech and e-tech, manufacturing (auto, home, equipment and food), waste management, franchising and services.

 

Mr. Dayman spent five years as CFO of Hyatt Corporation’s franchising division. He also was managing shareholder of Dayman Lurie & Goldsbury, a BDO Seidman, LP affiliate specializing in business appraisal, value enhancement, litigation support and M&A.

 

He has written many articles on appraisal theory and application. He also speaks frequently to professional groups, including bar associations, on business appraisals. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
