Leckie Rives, Managing Director of The McLean Group's Asheville, NC office, has more than 20 years' financial services industry experience. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Rives was CFO of Virtual CEO, Inc., responsible for all accounting, tax and treasury functions, risk management, strategic planning, human resources, investor relations and legal. Previously, he co-founded Perigon Medical Distribution Corp. and served as its SVP of finance and CFO.

Mr. Rives spent 18 years at United Dominion Industries (UDI) a diversified public company with $2-billion-plus in annual revenues, rising to CFO for UDI's $600 million Industrial Products Segment. He also ran strategic planning and corporate development, reporting directly to the CEO for 7 years. Mr. Rives played key roles in acquiring and integrating UDI acquisitions.

Mr. Rives has closed 24 acquisitions and 26 divestitures. At Perigon Medical, he helped raise $41 million in equity to support a health care services industry roll-up. Mr. Rives also was president of The Morrocroft Group, a Charlotte, NC-based private investment firm.

Mr. Rives holds a BA from Dartmouth, an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
