Kenneth Baily, Managing Director of The McLean Group’s San Diego, CA office, has more than 25 years’ consulting and financial management experience. He performs business valuations for purposes of ERISA, M&A, divestitures, estate planning, shareholder and marital divorce, and litigation support. He has worked as a CFO, controller, director of tax and accounting services, employee benefits counsel, and director of information services. He also has worked for law firms and CPA firms specializing in tax consulting, tax litigation, estate planning, tax exempt organizations, and compliance.

Mr. Baily is experienced in workouts/turnarounds of various manufacturing, service and non-profit companies. He testified as an expert witness regarding economic damages in a dissenting shareholder action involving a $13 billion publicly-traded REIT and the purchase of a captive insurance company from the children of the REIT’s chairman.

Mr. Baily holds a BS in business administration (accounting concentration) from the California State University at Dominquez Hills, and MBA and JD degrees from Oral Roberts University.
