Kathleen Crow is a Managing Director of The McLean Group’s headquarters office. Since 1982, Ms. Crow has built a career in technical and professional sales while developing significant expertise in business acquisitions, technology sales, systems engineering, technical competitive analysis and telecommunications consulting.

Prior to joining The McLean Group, Ms. Crow spent four years as a principal in a Virginia-based firm focused on small- and middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A), where she focused on companies in the business services, government contracting, technology and construction sectors. Ms. Crow also became expert in wide area private networking in the course of a telecommunications career in which she served in various technical and sales positions supporting Fortune 500 clients, including IBM and MCI.

Ms. Crow served as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of a firm that helped emerging high technology clients sell to the federal government. She began her career as a government contracting analyst responsible for the design, development, and implementation of systems for the Department of Defense.

Ms. Crow received her BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. She is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7 and 66). She holds a real estate license in the state of Virginia. She is active in her community and church.
