vcardKathleen Crow, Managing Director at The McLean Group, principally focuses on serving clients in the government contracting, telecommunications and technology industries. She has been involved in numerous successful merger and acquisition (M&A) engagements, including the acquisitions of eXMeritus Federal Software, Inc. by The Boeing Company and SENSA Solutions by Korn/Ferry International. Since 1982, Ms. Crow has built a career in technical and professional sales while developing significant expertise in business acquisitions, technology sales, systems engineering, technical competitive analysis and telecommunications consulting.
Prior to joining The McLean Group, Ms. Crow spent four years as a principal in a Virginia-based firm focused on small and middle market M&A, where she worked with companies in the business services, government contracting, technology and construction sectors. Ms. Crow also became expert in wide area private networking during the course of a telecommunications career in which she held various technical and sales positions supporting Fortune 500 clients.
Ms. Crow served as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of a firm that helped emerging high technology clients sell to the federal government. She began her career as a government contracting analyst responsible for the design, development and implementation of systems for the Department of Defense.
Ms. Crow holds a BS in computer science from Virginia Tech.
