Jerry Yocum is a Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Columbus office. Prior to joining The McLean Group, Mr. Yocum served as Corporate Development Manager for a metal processing company and major steel supplier with more than $3 billion in annual revenues. While with the company, he launched three joint ventures, including a $20 to $30 million deal, a $50 to $100 million deal, and a $100 million revenue divestiture. He also successfully penetrated non-automotive markets, resulting in revenue surpassing $10 million dollars; increased division sales $15 million by securing an opportunity for a new part; conducted several due diligence projects expected to bring in $100 million in five years, and guided the company’s due diligence team through strategy and proposal development, successfully securing a joint strategic alliance with Nissan that generated as much as $25 million as a global sole supplier.

Mr. Yocum also previously worked for Pfizer, where he developed and maintained relationships with key decision makers and opened four new offices in mature territory.

He has an MBA in International Finance from the University of Dayton and a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He also is fluent in conversational Italian.
