Jeff Tice has more than 20 years' experience in public accounting, insurance, higher education, and management and leadership. As principal of a management consulting firm, Mr. Tice provides expert advice and business strategy on market positioning, operational & economic studies, strategic planning, turnaround and profit enhancement, exit planning, financial operations management, due diligence, business valuations and capital formation. His practice is focused on small- to medium-size, privately-held businesses.

Prior to founding his own consulting firm, Mr. Tice worked in the for-profit higher education sector. Beginning with the University of Phoenix, Mr. Tice is a proven executive leader who has been involved in all functions of higher education including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), operations, finance, academic governance, student finance, regulatory affairs, and computer systems. Mr. Tice also taught accounting, finance, and management in undergraduate and graduate programs. He has served as a Senior VP and Managing Director for Career Education Corporation.

Mr. Tice began his career with Arthur Andersen after earning a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a CPA and is studying for his CVA, Series 7 and Series 63. Mr. Tice is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and a member of the Arizona State Society of CPAs. He also has completed advance course work in business valuation, M&A, and exit planning.
