Mr. Fernandez was the founder of a diversified private equity fund dedicated to developing and distributing such financial products as real estate private equity offerings, bond issues, managed futures, internationally structured and capital guaranteed investment products. He also worked for nationally recognized private equity, investment banking and accounting firms specializing in restructuring, valuation and capital formation engagements for middle market companies in the US and abroad.
Mr. Fernandez holds a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
