He was the founder and managing partner of a CPA firm. Mr. Hinkle is expert in M&A, business valuations, audits, individual and business taxation, and middle market business accounting. He has advised many business owners on the business and tax implications of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Hinkle was president and COO of a $20 million advertising sales firm. From 1983 to 1994, he worked for a regional CPA firm that focused on all aspects of auditing and business taxation.
Mr. Hinkle holds a BS degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas.
