Greg Boucher is a managing director at The McLean Group. He has more than 20 years of both industry and business consulting experience. Since 2000, he has served private business clientele in strategic consulting in sales and marketing capacities as well as business brokerage services through his own consulting company. His experience in industry includes construction, retail, internet, telecom/broadband, high-tech, printing/lithographic, and moving and storage.

Greg's broad base of experience includes work with and ownership of successful start-ups, new product launches, and high-tech beta test roll-out on a national scale. Mr. Boucher also served in senior corporate and regional management roles in sales and marketing for various fortune 100 companies where his scope of management and P&L responsibility ranged to over $90 million capital budgets; marketing budgets of more than $10 million; 200 + employees, and annual revenues of more than $790,000.

He has produced multiple successes building high performance teams and creating new profit centers; generating $1.2 billion in new sales and revenues of over $3.1 billion. His expertise primarily encompasses strategic planning and the development of tactical management programs and initiatives in sales and marketing for business growth affecting the successful acquisition; merger or IPO of multi-million dollar businesses. Greg is an active pubic speaker giving lectures on preparing businesses for sale and has had several articles published in local business journals.

Greg holds a masters Certificate in Business Management, A. B. Freeman Graduate School of Business at Tulane and holds a BS in Organizational Communications from Missouri State University. He holds professional credentials as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA). Mr. Boucher is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, The Institute of Management Consultants and the Association for Corporate Growth, and serves on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent and is a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) registered representative (Series 7, 63).

Greg will be heading up the Baltimore office for McLean.
