George Schramm is the president and sole shareholder of Schramm & Company, PC, which he opened 26 years ago. Today Schramm & Company has grown to be one Montana’s largest and most respected single shareholder CPA firms.

Mr. Schramm has more than 30 years’ experience advising small businesses. In 1996, he began helping small business owners determine the value of their companies for sale, estate planning purposes, and business continuation plans. His professional experience also includes teaching seminars about proper accounting management practices, SAS 70 auditing, forensic accounting, corporate tax planning and preparation, and litigation support as an expert witness.

In 1978, Mr. Schramm graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Mr. Schramm is an active member of The Montana Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
