Dennis K. Ridley is a Managing Director of McLean Group Offices in Northern California, Reno, NV, Colorado and Wyoming. Mr. Ridley began his career with Peat, MarWick, Mitchell & Co., (now known as KPMG, Inc.) and ultimately became a tax partner with Alexander Grant & Co. bringing him more than 40 years of experience in the accounting profession and 20 years practicing law. His experience includes tax consulting and litigation, estate planning, business law, real estate law, as well as mergers and acquisitions and valuations on small to mid-market companies.

Dennis holds a BS in Accounting as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming, he is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court and State Courts in Wyoming as wells as 10th circuit Court of Appeals, US Tax Court and US Supreme Court. He is also a licensed real estate broker and has passed the Certified Valuation Analyst Exam.
