David Zigo is the founder and owner of Zigo & Associates, LLC, a CPA firm with offices in St. Louis and Warrenton, MO. Before launching the firm, Mr. Zigo was a partner of the accounting firm Renshaw and Associates, LLC.

Prior to joining Renshaw and Associates, Mr. Zigo practiced public accounting with Pritchard, Osborne, LLC for 18 years. Mr. Zigo became a manager and partner of the firm, which increased its revenue fourfold under his leadership. He managed personnel, project flow, and new client procurement.

Mr. Zigo’s practice areas include: business planning, income and estate tax planning and compliance, new business start-up, client management, financial statement preparation and attestation services, financing procurement, company acquisition and sales, among other consulting services.

Mr. Zigo also is an expert in real estate and construction and tax-exempt organizations, as well as wholesale, service, medical and manufacturing companies. For real estate companies and tax-exempt organizations, he has assisted companies with strategic planning, developing plans to obtain borrowings and minimizing income tax returns, and managing organizational structure issues. He also has helped various individuals and companies purchase real estate and companies with deferred retirement vehicles.

Mr. Zigo has assisted with the preparation of business valuations for numerous companies. He also has helped with the formation, investment, and management of other small business entities, including vending companies and investment clubs.

Mr. Zigo is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Zigo is a member of Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
