Mr. Andrews began his technology career with NCR Corporation and later held senior sales management positions with Motorola, Dell and Toshiba. At Dell, Mr. Andrews was promoted to regional sales manager upon completion of the first major sale to The Ford Motor Company. As a regional VP of sales at Toshiba, Mr. Andrews led the company’s central US market growth to $320 million in portable computer sales.
Mr. Andrews is a frequent speaker on the topic of privately-held business ownership transfers and lectures on M&A best practices on behalf of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (and was named Instructor of Great and Exceptional Distinction in 2008 and 2010).
