Charles Andrews, Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Chicago, IL office, has more than 35 years' technology industry experience. For the past five years, he has focused on middle market M&A for privately-held companies in distribution, manufacturing and service industries.

Mr. Andrews was founder of a business brokerage firm. Before that, he was a principal with Trycos, Inc., where he launched a national sales organization delivering eCommerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He began his technology career with NCR Corporation and held senior sales management positions with Motorola, Dell and Toshiba. As a VP of sales, Mr. Andrews grew Toshiba's central US market to $320 million in portable computer sales. At Dell, Mr. Andrews was promoted to regional sales manager after negotiating a $48 million sale of Dell desktop PCs to The Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Andrews is a frequent speaker on the topic of privately-held business ownership transfers.
