Bruce Del Conte, Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Hartford, CT office, has more than 30 years’ experience providing M&A, business valuation, strategic business planning, litigation support and accounting services to closely-held companies and their owners in a variety of industries.

Mr. Del Conte is expert in M&A, business valuation, exit planning strategies, purchase and sales transactions, reorganizations and finance. He also specializes in forensic accounting for M&A due diligence, financial investigations, damage claims, lost profit analyses, and bankruptcy and insolvency consulting. He serves as an expert witness in financial and valuation related matters.

Mr. Del Conte was managing partner of a Farmington, CT independent accounting firm that provides accounting, tax and business consulting services to closely-held companies and their owners. He holds a BS in accounting from the University of Hartford and is a licensed CPA in Connecticut.

Mr. Del Conte has authored several industry-specific curricula on strategic finance and business valuation. He regularly conducts presentations and seminars on business valuation and succession planning.
