Greg Boucher is a Managing Director of The McLean Group’s Baltimore office. He has more than 20 years of both industry and business consulting experience.

Since 2000, Mr. Boucher has served private business clientele in strategic consulting in sales and marketing capacities, as well as business brokerage services through his own consulting company. His experience in industry includes construction, retail, internet, telecom/broadband, high-tech, IT, printing/lithographic, and moving & storage.

Mr. Boucher’s broad base of experience includes work with, and ownership of, successful start-ups, new product launches, and high-tech roll-outs on a national scale. Mr. Boucher also served in senior corporate and regional management roles in sales & marketing for various Fortune 500 companies where his scope of management and P&L responsibility ranged to capital budgets of more than $90 million, marketing budgets of more than $10 million, an employee base of more than 200, and annual revenues of more than $790,000..

Mr. Boucher holds a Masters Certificate in Business Management from the AB Freeman Graduate School of Business at Tulane University and holds a BS in Organizational Communications from Missouri State University. He holds professional credentials as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA). Mr. Boucher is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, The Institute of Management Consultants and the Association for Corporate Growth, has served on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association and is a board member of the Maryland Chapter of ACG. He is a licensed commercial real estate agent and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7, 63).
