Don Prince is a Managing Director at The McLean Group’s Wooster office. Mr. Prince has been active in M&A and has played key roles in more than 20 transactions since 2002. He brings to The McLean Group more than 30 years of experience in operations and general management roles in Fortune 500 companies. He led a team of more than 300 people through a major technological change, introducing breakthrough, highly-successful products and services to the automobile industry. Mr. Prince also played key roles in numerous multi-million dollar acquisitions and business integrations while at ProQuest.

Mr. Prince began his career as an Industrial Engineer for Rubbermaid, Inc. He then served as VP Operations during a more than 20-year career with ProQuest, formerly Bell & Howell. He subsequently served as SVP and General Manager of Media Solutions, a ProQuest acquisition. Media Solutions delivered parts, service and warranty information to dealership networks of agricultural equipment, construction, mining and outdoor power equipment companies, using multimedia.

Mr. Prince earned an MBA from Ashland University and a BSIE from the Ohio State University. He also is a licensed realtor in Ohio and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7, 63).
